ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on five popular myths about social media. The author mentions the increasing number of users of various social media sites brings innovators to continue their social interaction on the Web, which is in contrary to the myth that social media usage will decline. He also says that highest growth numbers for social media users and the amount of time that baby boomers spend on Facebook is good argument about the myth that customers are not using social media.
