He states that e-mail can waste large amount of time through the back-and-forth movement of simple questions that may require a doctoral dissertation. He says that e-mail runs in override and interrupt mode wherein the speed of reply becomes more important that the content of the message. He adds that the system could create a new job description and new life form within the corporate world.
