Arkansas wheat harvest complete by June 1?

The article reports on the possibility of wheat crop harvest being completed in Arkansas by late May 2012. According to Jason Kelley, extension wheat and feeds grain specialist for the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, the peak of harvesting activity is expected to be reached in the first week of June 2012 with good weather. Kelley mentions the good quality of the wheat and that yields have ranged from 40 to 100 bushels per acre.
