ABSTRACT
The article shares the favored fast swim session of triathlon athlete Jo Lawn from New Zealand in the preparation for an Ironman distance race. These include 60meters (m) of easy warm up, 200m of kick then 1000m of pull bouy with band and paddles with no specific time and 500m band only and the warm down session of 200m easy with some backstroke and kicks.
