ABSTRACT
The author describes the "Access to the skies" program initiated by Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), which made air travel comfortable for people with disabilities. Despite the improvements in airline travel, certain issues are still a cause for concern for disabled people. The best way to tackle these would be to train the people directly involved in assisting disabled people onto the planes which can go a long way to make the best services possible for airline travel.
