ABSTRACT
The article discusses how human resources (HR) outsourcing can provide benefits to organizations beyond reducing transactional costs. Topics include the additional complexity of HR management required to implement outsourcing, a report published by management consulting firm Accenture about HR outsourcing and how companies use it to promote business growth, and how HR teams neglect to think about their customers' interests.
