ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the leadership philosophy of Kevin Koh, additional vice president (AVP), Head of Information Technology at Manulife (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Koh, who has received the 2011 Young ASEAN Manager Award (YAMA), discusses the importance of training and staff development and the role of polytechnics in preparing a person for completing a job.
