ABSTRACT
The article highlights the developments of the second phase of the Welsh Information Literacy Project in Cardiff University in Wales. It notes that the aim of the project is to promote the understanding and development of information literacy (IL) in education, workplace and the community. It adds that the creation of resources to help equip librarians in promoting the beneficial effects of IL has been one of the key strands of activity of the second phase.
