ABSTRACT
Presents a study that examined the photoluminescence (PL) band in porous silicon by using a methanol-ethanol mixture as the pressure-transmitting medium. Data on solvent and hydrostatic pressure effects; Relative peak intensity of PL of unoxidized, illumination-oxidized and rapid-thermal-oxidized samples versus dipole moment of the solvent molecule.
