10.� �After being shot at on Thu., U.N. monitors reached Mazraat al-Qubair, the site of an alleged gov't massacre of at least 78 people. A BBC correspondent said no bodies were found, but blood pools and bits of human flesh were found in burned homes. U.N. envoy Kofi Annan met with Sec'y of State Hillary Clinton to discuss the situation.
