ABSTRACT
The mixing-frequency electron spin echo envelope modulation (MIF-ESEEM) spectroscopy method has been used to recover broad and weak lines in disordered systems by means of choice of an appropriate increment ratio γ. A γ-irradiated powder alanine sample was used to demonstrate the advantage of this new scheme, in which two new ESEEM lines were observed. © 1996 American Institute of Physics.
