5.� �The White House reiterated that Pres. Obama won't back extending Bush tax cuts for high-income earners. In an interview Tue., ex-Pres. Clinton seemed to say the cuts should be temporarily extended. GOP lawmakers jumped on the remarks. A Clinton spokesman later claimed that he backed the '10 extension but not another one now.
