Atlanta Fed Pres. Dennis Lockhart, who is on the Fed's policy committee, said he's grown more concerned about the economy since the central bank's April meeting and risks are mounting. The Fed may have to weigh more monetary easing if the U.S. economy worsens or the European debt crisis escalates, he added. Slowing growth in emerging markets would exacerbate the spillover effects from Europe and hurt U.S. exports, he noted.
