ABSTRACT
Presents a study that reported the results of an experimental investigation of the effects of grain size, hardness and stress on the magnetic hysteresis loops from specimens of stainless steel. Magnetic properties of a ferromagnetic steel that are dependent upon material characteristics; Influence of each material characteristic on the hysteresis loop; Extent of the effects of, and any interrelation between, these characteristics.
