ABSTRACT
The article discusses the aspects of green energy market in California. It mentions that the state has approved hundreds of wind and solar contracts, but never reviewed the contract from Northwest utilities. According to Eric Christensen, an attorney representing Cowlitz and a group of Northwest utilities, Cowlitz is common in the West outside the country that invested millions of dollars in renewable projects.
