ABSTRACT
The article discusses pieces of advice that were given to the Dairy Women's Network (DWN) Conference in Rotorua by opening speaker Sarah Kennedy, the chief executive of rural supplies company RDI. The first piece of advice Kennedy gave was for women to tell their children the opposite of what you want them to do. She also advised them not to be afraid to take risks and explained the importance of having mentors since she believes that people are not born leaders.
