The article reports on the water-related challenges being faced by the dairy industry in New Zealand, as explained by New Zealand First's agriculture and biosecurity spokesman Richard Prosser. Prosser noted that the challenge, particularly in Canterbury, is making sure farmers have proper access and decent water, as much as they need. He noted, however, that there is a reasonably well organized, funded campaign against farmers and against anybody using water on propaganda and misinformation.
