ABSTRACT
The author details the strategy refresh implemented by Fonterra. The company's chief executive reports that Fonterra opened their second farm in China and announced their intention to invest a further 100 million dollars in two new farms in the country in April 2012. He also announces that he travelled to Indonesia where he plans to invest in a blending and packing plant. In addition, he reports that the company is in a better position to align their efforts to meet the rapidly growing demand.
