The article discusses the aspect of loss as a universal experience in a person's grief process. Adjunct professor Vincent Viglione states that counselors must understand about grief and loss that is unique in every individual. It adds that retired professor Keren Humphrey agrees about the unique nature of a person's experience in grief and loss which is highlighted in her book "Counseling Strategies for Loss and Grief."
