ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of over 1,000 mortgage brokers to opt out of using Abbey for Intermediaries' fast-track facility since the start of May 2012. The mortgage brokers include Legal & General Network, Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next. It is noted that the fast-track facility is still being used by Personal Touch Financial Services and LSL Property Services.
