YEREVAN. May 24 (Interfax) - The Prospering Armenia party led by prominent Armenian businessman Gagik Tsarukian, which came in second in the recent parliamentary elections, has refused to build a coalition with the election winner, the Republican Party led by President Serzh Sargsyan.
