MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree dismissing Sergei Shapovalov from the post of deputy director of the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs, Compatriots Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), the Kremlin press service reported on Thursday.
