MOSCOW. May 25. (Interfax) - Energoprom Group (part of the Renova Group) and the Russian Energy Ministry have finished developing a technical and economic estimate (TEE) for a project to organize petroleum needle coke production in Russia, Energoprom said in a press release on Friday.
