MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Defense Ministry and the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) have not agreed on a price for missile carrying nuclear submarines from the 995 Borei Project, a high-ranking source in the corporation told Interfax-AVN on Friday.
