TBILISI. May 24 (Interfax) - JSC Georgian Railways, which had planned an IPO of up to 25% of shares on the London Stock Exchange Thursday, has postponed placement due to unfavorable market conditions, Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri said at a government meeting on Thursday.
