Polls show US views on marriage are evolving

The article presents polls which suggest that the views of the Americans concerning same-sex marriage are evolving. In 2010, U.S. President Barack Obama stated that his views regarding same-sex marriage were evolving and Vice President Joe Biden noted that he was comfortable with same-sex couples marrying. Meanwhile, the Catholic Church upholds the holiness of traditional marriage as being only between one man and one woman.
