ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a notice issued by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of the U.S. Department of Labor regarding establishment of its Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee. The notice has been issued in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act of the U.S. The committee helps the department for improving efficiency, fairness, effectiveness and transparency in OSHA activities.
