The article reports on a notice issued by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) regarding grant of exclusive license to Yissum Research Development Co. Ltd. for practicing its inventions related to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma prevention through chemotherapy. The NIH is soliciting public comments on this notice by June 14, 2012 via electronic mail or in writings. Public comments will not be released in pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act of the U.S.
