ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a notice issued by the U.S. Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE) of the U.S. Department of Education regarding a proposal for priorities and definitions for the American Overseas Research Centers Program. This program enables the OPE for providing overseas professional development opportunities the U.S. postgraduate researchers. The OPE is soliciting public comments on this notice by June 14, 2012 via electronic mail or in writings.
