ABSTRACT
The article reports on a proposed rule issued by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) regarding its proposal to amend regulations related to governing size and the eligibility conditions for the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Programs. The SBA is soliciting public comments on this rule by July 16, 2012 via electronic mail or in writings. This rule has been issued in accordance with the U.S. Small Business Innovation Development Act of 1982.
