ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a final rule issued by the U.S. Agricultural Marketing Service regarding amendment of its regulations related to the national list of allowed and prohibited substances for enforcing two recommendations which has been submitted by the U.S. National Organic Standards Board. The rule establishes exemptions for two parasiticides including fenbendazole and moxidectin. The rule has been issued in accordance with the U.S. Organic Foods Production Act of 1990.
