ABSTRACT
The article reports on a final rule issued by the U.S. Federal Highway Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation regarding revision of its manuals related to national standards for traffic control devices on streets, bikeways, highways and private roads which are open for public travel. This rule will be effective from June 13, 2012. A table containing information on a manual related to the uniform traffic control devices and specific provisions provided for them is presented.
