ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a final rule issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding establishment of an exemption from pesticides residues of the Penflufen in or on agricultural commodities. This request for pesticide tolerance has been submitted by Bayer CropScience Ltd. in accordance with the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The rule will be effective by May 14, 2012.
