ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a final rule issued by the U.S. Coast Guard of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security regarding establishment of two temporary safety zones on the navigable waters of the East Passage in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island for the America's Cup World Series, a sailing vessel racing event. This rule will be effective from June 13, 2012 to July 1, 2012.
