ABSTRACT
The article presents some mythical conspiracy tales surrounding the life and death of Nazi politician Rudolf Hess. Authors Lynn Picknett, Clive Prince and Stephen Prior raise the possibility that King George VI granted Hss safe passage to Great Britain. Hess' son, Wolf Rüdiger Hess, refuses to believe that his father committed suicide at Spandau Prison in Berlin, Germany in 1987.
