ABSTRACT
The article announces the partnership between East Carolina University (ECU) and the U.S. Department of State which will promote a course on climate change and can be viewed around the world. It says that the course intends to foster a cross-cultural understanding on climate change issues especially with partner universities in India, China and Brazil. It says that the course will connect students around the world via video conferencing.
