ABSTRACT
The article focuses on eliminating health care disparities. The Equity of Care initiative is presented wherein it aims to eliminate the disparities and is composed national health care organizations such as the American Hospital Association, the Association of American Medical Colleges and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Its first case study guide is discussed, offering case examples that provide best practices and lessons learned.
