ABSTRACT
The article looks at research on the usage of andesite mineral as a coating material in ceramic arts. Topics addressed include the treatment of andesite tablets with liquid clay and clay's later processing with tools in attempt to obtain ceramics coating. Details related to the cracks obtained on the surface of andesite while allying on the ceramics are also reviewed.
