ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the initiative by Dairy Farmers of Canada (DFC) organization to target specialty cheese distribution in New York City and New Jersey. It says that DFC works with several retailers to help market variety of specialty cheeses via merchandising and sampling events. Moreover, Kathy Guidi of Artisan Cheese Marketing adds that people of today have lost their want for processed foods that have dominated North American marketplace in several decades.
