ABSTRACT
The article discusses the case of a 62-year-old man who was diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. His symptoms includes abdominal pain and weight loss. A seven-centimetre mesenteric mass was detected via computed tomography. His treatment regimen included anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody rituximab and a chemotherapy of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone. Also included are information on pathophysiology, effect of therapy and adverse effects.
