The article offers the author's insights regarding the extra yardage in the garbage collection industry. The author says that the garbage man sets a two-yard container, but the customers put two-yard in front and two-yard on top of the container. Furthermore, he notes that garbage collectors should explain why every garbage needs to be inside the container for them not to be considered as extra.
