KYIV. May 23 (Interfax) - Viktor Korzh, vice president of the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee (NOC), suggested that the allegation that NOC Secretary-General Volodymyr Herashchenko agreed to sell some tickets for 2012 Olympic events allocated to the NOC on the black market could have been an act of provocation.
