BISHKEK. May 23 (Interfax) - The Kyrgyz special service and Prosecutor General's office have failed to prove the involvement of foreign snipers in the events related to the toppling of the regime of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev or following ethnic clashes in South Kyrgyzstan, head of the State Committee for National Security Shamil Atakhanov and Prosecutor General Aida Salyanova said at a plenary session of parliament on Wednesday.
