MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BBB' long-term issuer credit and 'ruAAA' Russia national scale ratings on Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (District) (YANAO) or district, the agency said in a press release.
