MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - Analysts at nine investment companies and banks surveyed by Interfax expect that steel major OJSC Severstal (RTS: CHMF) will post net profits to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) of $269 million for the first quarter, which would be about half of its profits for the same three months last year.
