VILNIUS. May 23. (Interfax) - Klaipedos nafta, which has been ordered to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Lithuania, plans to raise 300 million litas (about 87 million euro) from commercial banks and the Nordic Investment Bank or the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to finance the project, the company's chief Rokas Masiulis said at a Wednesday press conference, presenting the business plan for the terminal.
