MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - Russian truckmaker OJSC KamAZ (RTS: KMAZ) on Wednesday inked an agreement on the creation at Skolkovo of an R&D center and will be investing 1.3 billion rubles in the project before 2017, company materials say.
