NOVOSIBIRSK. May 23 (Interfax) - Shareholders in OSJC Tolmachevo Airport (RTS: ATLM) (Novosibirsk), at their annual meeting, decided to pay dividends for 2011 only on preferred A shares at 26.99 rubles per share at a face value of 20 rubles, the airport told Interfax.
