ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the cartels system, the issues related to the antitrust law and the amendments in the antitrust laws of the People's Republic of China. The uncertainty in the anti-cartel enforcement procedures and rules of China and the passing of 2008 Antimonopoly Law (AML) are discussed. The need of further amendments in the anti-cartel law enforcement of China is also discussed.
