MURMANSK. May 22 (Interfax) - Construction of the Teriberka Port (Murmansk Region), which will handle gas produced at the Shtokman field, will cost over $2 billion, the general director at LLC Gazprom Dobycha Shelf, Alexander Mandel, told journalists in Murmansk on Tuesday.
